Book Recommendation: MY PARENT'S KEEPER
« on: November 27, 2011, 10:07:58 AM »
A friend recently loaned me Eva Marian Brown's book, My Parent's Keeper: Adult Children of the Emotionally Disturbed.  It's amazing.  Particularly the second half, "Turning the Past Around," in which Brown gives tips for "reclaiming our feelings," "moving from guilt to compassion," and "overcoming blocks to risk-taking."
