Sadistic Personality Disorder

Meh:
Ya know, Narcissistic personality disorder comes up on here over and over...but don't some of you think that the person you are dealing with probably has sadistic personality disorder?

For myself, I personally do think that my mother has sadistic personality disorder...I see that when ever I am having a difficult time she enjoys it.... this itself isn't even a symptom of narcissism as far as I know.

I've never heard of Sadistic Personality Disorder.  I've heard of psychopath!!

You know, mom is an N and she has always felt she had the right to hit me.  Not really hit as in a punch but slap me on the arm if she doesn't like what I say.

Being sadistic can be a part of NPD.  They are usually the ones that love pity. My mom is very sadistic she loves to torture people psychologically than feign the victim. I don't know anything about sadistic personality disorder but I do know sadism can play a big part in Npd.
