Bloopsy,
You just hang in there, okay?
Guess what?... You were kind to somebody today.  Me.
    Remember that, okay?
When somebody is kind to you, it makes it easier to be kind to others.
And then you can be kind to yourself.  It's a nice thing to do, and you are worth it.
    Okay?

there is something about music, it reaches parts of the brain which other activities do not.
I work with alzheimers patients and the effect of music on the most seemingly unreachable is startling.
I've seen music lift depresion, alter mood which drugs have not touched, and bring back preciously-lost memories.

Sing, play piano, listen to anything which uplifts you.
Don't feel you ned a reason to do this.
Just make it part of every day.

Join a choir: share yourself with non-ns.

Remember you are unique and special, find your 'voice' & if it's musical...so much the better for everyone!

Take care.

I get the shivers listening to what all of you have to say. I can so relate to what Bloopsy has to say. Thank you so much for sharing it. It helps me understand where I came from and why I feel the way I do so much of the time. Thank you.
