Wow! Just seeing this new format for the first time, and I like it! Change always takes a bit of time to adjust to, but this this board format is almost identical to the old one ... just a bit more "modern" looking. I just got a new iMac with the retina display, and it looks very crisp and clean on the new monitor. Two thumbs up! :D

Hopalong:
I like it too!
It's handsome.

I know this was hours if not days of tedious labor, Doc G...thank you truly.

Gratefully,
Hops

Hi Dr. G,

Re: those hackers:  GEEZ!!! :x There are some real jerks in this world, but I think we all knew that.
The new format is BEAUTIFUL!!  Thank you so much for all your hard work and for caring.  Much love to you,
ann

--- Quote from: Dr. Richard Grossman on June 12, 2016, 07:28:09 PM ---Thanks Garbanzo, Tupp, and ann3.  A couple weeks ago, someone hacked into my voicelessness e-mail address and started sending e-mails from me all over the world.  And today the voicelessness site was closed down because someone was trying to hack their way into it with "port scan activity" (for the technically minded).  On top of this are the usual technical problems when, for example as happened here, servers are upgraded and old software no longer works.  But I try to keep the site going because it is such an important part of my life--and I know it is just as important to others as well.  Such is the nature of love in a technological world.

That all sounds very techy and complicated, Dr G, thank you for sorting it all out.  I've never really understood the point of hacking to send out emails?  I can understand people doing it to steal but other reasons are beyond me :)  Thank you for getting everything running again and for having this space here, we all appreciate it very much :)

sKePTiKal:
I've been away and without modern communication for a bit. So, I was a bit surprised to come visit and see the new "look".  (no, I didn't have to log in; my credentials & settings came across to the new software just fine)

This can be a lot of work, and yes - even software gets "old", just like us. LOL.

Thanks a bunch, Dr. G!!!!
