Mine H  is trainable.,I think. I have been married for over 20 years. It was really bad at times. Then, when i got stronger,he backed down. It is certainly not a 'marriage made in heaven",but I am trying to grow and become whole. My marriage is secondary.,right now-- very secondary.
I am very sorry about your injury. That is really hard. You are right about "quiet time" allowing the deep pain to come out. It is worth every minute of pain in order to be free.Even the little growth that I have made is so much better than before                    Love   Ami

Ami,
I sure know what you mean. This time at home at home has really been painful. But...It's letting me deal with things I've pushed waaay down.
I'm glad your marriage is worth working on. Some of us are not so lucky!
