What a fantastic book!  :!:  I read it years and years ago . . . changed my life.  I ran across it the other day and it was so worn and faded, but the underlined parts were still there.  It made me realize how far I've come.  Hang in there and keep going THROUGH the pain ( as you said).  It's the only way to get on the other side!
