New to me website
« on: May 28, 2008, 03:11:14 PM »
http://www.coping.org/

Maybe someone has posted this before... but I found it while looking for info on healthy communication skills. I am blown away by how much good info there is about inner child/emotion work... relationships... boundaries... LOTS of really good stuff.

I've posted the home page - but there are plenty of layers if you just start with the "growing down to the inner child" stuff. There are exercises, things to do... practical suggestions... and there is a whole section on "Play" and "Fun" and how/why this is valuable.

There's a lot of talk about changing behaviors; but the author(s) recognize the need to explore feelings, identify them & be with them, first.
Success is never final, failure is never fatal.
