Dr. G - Your essay posts - specifically on picking bad partners/same relationships and having trouble sustaining relationships really shifted my awareness about two of my current problems.

Getting involved with a N business partner was not about masochism, even though I KNEW he was a bad choice for me personally and professionally, but my repetitive need to be heard, accepted by this powerful N person. (It happens he would be the talent in a TV show, where Ns are common!)

Also, the non-dramatic silence of just getting by and how I unconsciously do that to avoid risks also seems to reflect my picking unavailable partners.

Thanks so much for this. Its helped me enormously.
