Martha Stewart Mommie Dearest

Ales2:
An article about Martha Stewart's daughter who wrote about how hellish her home life was with her Mother.

I can't say I am surprised, I always thought Martha Stewart has many N qualities.....

Ales2:
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention what I thought was funny about this article was that supposedly Martha and her daughter became closer when Martha was in prison. My guess would be that prison is hard for Ns who are used to manipulating and controlling and suddenly have their freedom stripped from them.  While she might have been able to exert control over other inmates, having to surrender to the structure, routine and authority of the prison experience probably meant that her Nism subsided alittle, which allowed them to have more of a relationship.

teartracks:

All the other fluff, puff & stuff aside, if I ever have to go to prison, I hope I can be as  8) about it as Martha.

yes and indeed, prison gives them a captive audience.

Seems to be a curtain (a la theater) in some families.
