Hi everybody,
One of my dear patients recently gave me a copy of the 1949 movie, “The Heiress”. As many here know, I’m not a fan of most movies, but I watched this one and loved it. Olivia de Havilland and Ralph Richardson were both marvelous. And, of course the young heartthrob, Montgomery Clift, played the suitor. A wonderful piece on voicelessness. Based on Henry James’ novel, Washington Square, the play is back on Broadway again.
Highly recommended!
Richard
