Hi everybody,
Here's an article from The Hill:
"Coronavirus Leading to Depression and Drinking, CDC says"
https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/511904-coronavirus-pandemic-leading-to-depression-and-drinking-cdc-says
If you are feeling/experiencing this, you are not alone, and I hope you will share some of your thoughts about it here.
As always,
Richard

The article was honest and shares that many people are suffering from depression and anxiety. There are so many ways that my life is affected and they are all under strain. So I am feeling overwhelmed. Some days are better than others and I have to make a conscious choice to make the day go well otherwise I want to burrow under the covers. A lot of people are handling this corona virus and the quarantine through denial, anger , depression, bargaining and all the stages of grief.
I don't even know how to talk about it. Its as if there isn't a language for this. We are living on a razor's edge right now, so how to behave???
I am a very creative person but I am stalled in creating anything and hear from other artists that they have lots of time but no inclination. I find living one day at a time is the only way. I hope and pray Trump does not win.

I feel stress every time I go out about the virus, and frustration and sorrow for those who don't believe science or are infected by same.
I feel huge anxiety right now over the election.
The combo means Ambien tonight....
Oy.
