Hi,

I'm not trained to know what to say to you, but I know you're hurting. I'm sorry for all of you, and all of us. Know that we are here to listen and care. You DO deserve to offer yourself comfort for your hurt and pain and suffering, without punishment.

Even with fear and anger, can you enjoy your girls? If so, do they know? This could offer you great joy and peace about yourself...and for them. It works for me.

I wish you time with a restful quite mind so you just find you.  Many of us share your pain and anger in our own way. You are not alone in this. We are here.

When did you last talk to your therapist? Will you see your therapist soon?

Hi Bridget and gang.  It sounds like a broken record, but I'm glad you are here.  Keep posting.  Let some of that bad feeling out in your words.  That is what this board is for.  Let out as much as you need or want to.  Don't keep it all inside.  It never goes away that way.
