today was the best day I've had for ages.
I spent the morning doing music therapy with alzheimers patients; the afternoon ( it's memorial day ) with my family( inc ex-n-h who did several jobs on my car & came shopping with me )
This evening it rained heavily and there was a rainbow.
When it stopped we all walked in the park and I ran a mile or two with the puppy. She has such boundless energy, it was exhilarating!
An ordinary day, but an extraordinary calm.

Write,
Good for you. :D :D I hope the trend continues and the days keep getting better and better. Don't get depressed if you have a setback--it happens to all of us, but remember the good days during the bad ones, grab that puppy and go for a run.
Blessings,
Brigid
