I feel like screaming. Should I?
Help me out people, please.
Sometimes I feel like I will be in a deep protective shell for the rest of my life, but occaisionallly I psychologoically open up to life totally unafraid.
I have a lot of tension.

if you feel like you can't scream becuase someone might hear you maybe you could scream into a pillow, that muffles it somewhat--- actually I think a lot. It's really good to scream--- I think you should go ahead and scream. Also that will probably help with the tension. Please write more about what is going on with you if you want, that will help us to understand better and get it off your chest somewhat. Take care and in my opinion it is always best to scream when you need to as long as you don't scream at anyone else and also that that helps that shell get thinner too, at least in my case.
