Hi all,
Haven't posted for a while since I'm busy witht the kids fuul-time during the summer. A couple of things came up that I was hopeing I could get some help on.
Does anyone know of a credit-type reporting service in the UK that reports on accounts a person has oveseas like the ones her in the US? My stbx was ordered to turn over his financials and the numbers are WAAAAY off. Turns out he has a pension in the UK, but did not provide that info. He also had accounts in the UK that he refused to add my name to whhen we were married.
Since he just took a 3 week trip to S. Africa and New Zealand and one to France, none of his expenses show on his credit card break-downs. Fishy.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Movinon

Hiya MO
i don't know if these will help. There must be ways to get this info. If these work, they'll be the cheap options...best wishes
http://www.equifax.co.uk/ credit reporting, might list credit card ownership? not sure
pension tracing? you can call the government dept: http://www.direct.gov.uk/Over50s/RetirementAndPensions/AboutToRetire/AboutToRetireArticles/fs/en?CONTENT_ID=10027189&chk=ro0qHn

Hiya MO...
With equifax it searches on your name, but will bring up everything related to your name and address. When I had to do mine a few years ago, it came up with my husbands ex and her details, her credit cards etc etc because she was on hubby's mortage initially. You may be able to find out a lot of info from this. Costs about £2 to get a report.
Take care

H&H,
I got a report from eqifax in my name. It didn't come up with any od his stuff except what we had that was joint. Could I do it in his name? Is it different from a US report?

Portia,
Thanks, I just got some of my question answered. Do you know if I could ask for a report for us BOTH? We ARE still technically married.
