Title: Happy Holidays to All
Post by: Dazed1 on December 23, 2006, 01:08:11 AM
Hi Everyone,

I'll be leaving for vacation today and I probably won't have access to the internet.

I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I know that for many of us (me included), the holidays are very difficult and are neither "Merry" nor "Happy".  I am actually running away from the holidays because I do not want to face them at home; too depressing.

Nonetheless, I truly wish all of us a fresh start in the new year to come.

May all of us be able to achieve our goals, gain insight,  experience inner calm, peace of mind and feelings of satisfaction.  May all of us be able to enjoy life.

I thank all of you for giving so much to me.  You all have been wonderful and I wish all of you the best.

With love,
Dazed

Hi CB,
All six (did I count right?) kids will be with you?
Your son in the hospital...is it the Rx that are tiring him? Are you feeling better about his treatment?

I am so glad you'll have your kids around you. They are the reason that no day, week, month or year of your past is wasted.

And your future...unwritten, freeeeeeee, happy! Merry winter!

Hi Bean,
I am wishing you winter happies too. I hope you're feeling mellow and unfazed by the frenzies.

love,
Hops

Hey Bean,
That sounds lovely. So glad you've got snuggly downtime with the right two people ...  :)

Fortunately for me, nothing's happening. Just the way I like it. Even told my best friend to drop by next week instead...I'd rather do nothing.

Mom's snoring the day away, I am lolling around watching my toenails grow, old movies on, drowsing in and out of naps. Sunny day, my pooch is mellow too.

Tomorrow evening I take Ma to a big fancy Xmas buffet at one of her friends'. There'll be singing.

I skipped church today, but I'll put on the music tomorrow.

It's a good holiday for me.
love,
Hops

Moon:
Happies to you too, and all the Moonlets! I've played Daylily's cartoon card about 5 times, just love it.

 :)

Hi Dazed and everyone

Thank you for your tender and heartfelt wishes for Christmas. You are so right that the holidays are difficult.

I plan to walk on the beach with a friend and try to avoid as much of the chaos as possible. This will be the first year that I don't plan to do a lot at Christmas. This feels just right. Light a fire and give thanks for all the gifts that I have in my life and quietly celebrate while the winter sets in with wild winds and rain.

God Bless everyone who comes to this site for support and love. It has been such a gift to me and I want to thank the people who have helped me through this dark night of the soul.  Wherever, you are have a peaceful Christmas.

Love,
Sea Storm
