It isn't my thread really but I am wondering how my friend is (a friend of many here I'm sure) and I hope the friend will find their fears are unfounded: there is nothing to fear!

Find out what's the worse that could happen and then prepare for it (mentally, if not practically, it may be impossible to prepare practically).... it's that simple. If you know what the worst could be, it isn't scary any more. No fear!
