I love this saying passed on to me by a spiritualist in my building.  Just thought I would share it with you, too.  Hopefully, it makes you, also, think like it did me.  She's right (darn...that kills the Krispy Kreme dream for me some!).
Spring is here and no more excuses not to get out walking for me!
