Title: Great Little Saying I heard today!

I was sitting at my T (physical) today and I saw this saying posted on the wall.  It reminded me of my experience here:  I wanted to post it to say thanks to everyone for playing their part in my life!

Some people come into our lives and quickly go--
While others stay a while
Leaving footprints
--and we are never the same.

I thought the same thing. I think it is post traumatic stress at work.
All the secrets and covert behaviour, nothing is what it appeared to be. Hence, footprints in sand ........ beware. Be vigilant.

Cripes.   On the other hand it is just where you are right now and you are speaking about it. It is out of the bag and in the light.
I like that you shared those thoughts. It can be pretty scarey out there after what you have been through.

Ya know..... I think I have peace today.  After 3 very very iffy days...... a little activity and planning...... bringeth a little zen into every life; )  Peace to you also, dear Sea Storm

Hey Margo,

Guess I was having a decent day and felt nice at the therapists office for minute out of the house and away from the monster in my life. 

But, good point...cause I too have had monsters who left paw prints and scratches all over me for a lifetime ....and for a minute I forgot (silly me)
