This is a silly questions, but where do you get those icons like Izzy used of someone howling with laughter??

I find them on the Internet and when I see something I like I download it to my computer.

If I have it in a website folder on the server, it looks like what I did

If I upload from my computer file it looks like this--always at the bottom--and not able to place after a name for instance like
