I just had to post to tell you all the ironic thing about my life. Maybe some of you will recall that I waited with baited breath for four months to get this job that I REALLY wanted. I didn't get it and it drove me crazy....I was obsessed. So then I applied a month or so ago with this other company and the lady pretty much told me I had the job - AND THEN I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN - NEVER!!! But I don't want the job because my mom and I after all this time have come to an understanding. I have been working two six hour days a week - can you believe it?? I have tore up my house......boxes and boxes to Good Will. My back is breaking from all the heavy lifting.......
Life is good. My mom is being reasonable. And I am not obsessing not one minute about the job I was assured of and then heard nothing!!!
Ironic, isn't it? A few months ago I would have probably been calling the lady and been all upset again, etc.
