I dragged myself to the GP today. Believe it or not after about a year of debating and walking past the GP's door a couple of times, I managed to speak with him today. After clarifying certain things he has refered me to a psychiaterist and I might get an appointment within a month or two. Thanks everyone I really do appreciate your input. Reading some of the posts, writing some stuff myself, all made me concentrate on getting help and I took that step today :)
I feel like a happy kid who has just got a straight A grade today !
