Title: I Got Through Another Wacky Week
Post by: changing on October 20, 2007, 12:23:16 AM
Hi-

Well, I'll just list my litany of woe for this week:

Lost my keys (they fell in one of my lovely packing boxes), had locksmiths open the gate, made a spare car key, etc.- a real drag. Then I found my keys (Duh-uh)
Still have the flu, though it is much improved.
Had 2 hours of dental work on the right jaw where I had the accident, it will never be 100%- it didn't do much for my questionable looks, and hurt like the devil for several days.
Bought a printer and the salesperson gave me the wrong directions on set up- had to print something for class in the early AM, was up all night- finally installed everything and it is awesome!
Prof gave me an assignment to do while I was at the dentist/recovering. Wish I had some notice- did the best I could, had to drag back in, find a secretary to date stamp and put it under the prof's door. Dragging about barking with flu and a gigantic right side of my face- what a sight to behold!
Getting ready for Bagworm to come through the house (maybe with his lawyer, who my lawyer calls The Moron. (Hope not) My lawyer says that he has never dealt with anyone like him- no secretary, no fax, no voicemail ( and of course his scaling my fence to serve his own papers by screaming and trying to open my front door- too chicken to go in the back with my  baying hounds! That certainly is a different kind of lawyer guy!)
Friend that I had paid $600 to stay at her place to hide from Bagworm and bring my pets to has decided to clean up her wacky place "for me" and covered my brand new comforter and linens that I had just purchased and made the bed with disgusting junk (it was bare before, and I just lay down in utter exhaustion- hadn't slept for 2 days so i brought linens), she also has it in the living room next to the blaring TV- so I just feed my cat , go home and stay in my house with the boxes and wood floors and white linens- much neater and more comfy. She also checks any trash that I take outside for recyclables, checks how I turn the doorknob(?), etc. I have one pet there- the place is too messy to bring another, no room, and it is getting messier. I don't think that it takes a psychological avatar to realize that she doesn't want me there, so I am going to swoop in and get my pet and swoop out. This Friend stayed at my house for extended periods for free, in a lovely room with nice linens. and I never checked her garbage!I guess Baby Sammy (he is big but still a puppy) Fabio and Smokey and I are going to have to face down any would-be violators of our space.
Had to get things together for my hearing with scummy Bagworm Monday AM. Was worried about some items requiring timely service, as Moron cannot be reached and Bagworm has not officially given us his address. But my lawyer says not to worry- he has everything documented and my rights protected- no defaults.
My pastor's mother died (a wonderful lady) - I missed the viewing due to the surprise attack assignment, but will go to the funeral tomorrow (in my spare time!).
Then I have to finish domestic preparations to properly receive the Moron and Bagworm, and prepare for the hearing Monday.

Any way, it's mostly done!!! I want to go out and play! I have missed my physical therpay and much of my sleep and am getting less able to move around. Maybe next week I can have fun and take care of myself again??!!!?? Thank you everyone for your support- it helps to know that N hassles are just temporary and we can get through them, and to have understanding  and wise and accepting friends. Please pray that the Bagworm and Moron are defeated Monday! I'm going to take a nice nap (the law llibrary closes early on Friday night.) I think next week wil be even better, and things will steadily get back to normal!!!!YAY!!

Love and Thanks,

Changing

It can only get better.  Everything seems so disordered, except you, your "friend" sounds like and "interesting character"  Roll on Monday when you can get into a REAL and healthy life for yourself.

That's just about rigth......

you allow your friend to stay with you......

for free.....

provide a calm stable clean neat enviroment, with fresh lines.....

and she charges you for the idea of you staying in her cluttered mess of a home.

::shaking head::  I feel the same way about people.... every time I negotiate traffic.  What the heck are they thinking and why do they do the things they do?

She must barely be making it, #1.

She must have terrible executive function skills...... or probably none at all.

I was glad I didn't have coffee yet when I read your attorney named bagwor's "moron."

Heh.... after reading about your week..... I look to him/your attorney like he's some shining heroic mythic character in all this: /

I sure hope the flu and dental troubles release you soon.  What a trial by fire, Changing.

I remember when you first came here...... I had no idea that you were made of such sturdy stuff, but then....... I'm often amazed by people.

In every direction.

You're one of the people who really stand out.

Yup.

Outstanding.

::sigh::  I hope we still feel the same way about your attorney, come Monday.

Why the hell does Bagworm want BACK into the house after he's been there and bothered you with the polic...... never mind.

He's got to do his bothersome thing to try to wear you down.

But with the moron in towe?

Just seems odd and....::sigh::  You are indeed, made of sturdy stuff and I'll be there with you in that courtroom Monday, spiritually.

You have my prayers and I don't remember how you felt about the Judge you drew.

Is that good or what?

((changing))  YOU so rock: )

Changing!! Boy, living our lives can be difficult, can't it??  Blessings to you on Monday.  I love that you call him Bagworm.....what a great name!!

And Janet, usually I post on my phone so I do not get to see the pictures or icons, etc.  I love your quote, "I am NOT difficult......!!"  That is exactly how I feel and how I am!!

Dear Changing,
I have two people's "relatives" that I would like to "do in" with my marble coffee table--Bagworm and Lupita's mother.
I am so angry that people would hurt such kind and precious people as you and Lupita.
Sometimes, the only answer to earthly pain( which makes no sense) is to know that all will be worked out in the end.
I,personally, could never face what I did (my M) without knowing this.
Changing, we love  you so much here,on the board.I think that everyone would be unanimous in that( maybe ONLY that -lol)
You are so special to us.
You are in my prayers and thoughts. You are an inspiration to me.( a hero) You really are. We will meet in the next world,I am sure. I will say,"OHHHH  There is Changing-- so wonderful to meet you."
Lately, as I take the pain of my M out to the "dumpster", I have had room for God to come in and comfort me. He has been making His presence known to me by a feeling of peace and comfort.I pray this for you, Changing.                             Love  Ami

Axa, Lighter, Janet, Overcomer, Ami-

Thank you for your supportive posts! I had a deep sleep, and I feel so much better!I am caught up on all work in law school now!!! Now I can have another (Oh brother) time-wasting meeting with the Dean of Students, and not be thinking about schoolwork that needs to be done, etc., or my Bagworm case while she gives me the lovely option of leaving - now I can come from a position of strength and shut that idea down! I am on terra firma there now!!!Thank you for your support and the great admonitions when I was struggling- it surely helped me to continue.
I got the Bagworm moniker for NH from this board and love it so- and in pictures and text, a bagworm is a truly repulsive and destructive creature, just like him. My lawyer thought up the Moron name all by himself! My life is so enriched by knowing you all, on so many levels- even my funny bone benefits!
I am not sure about the judge (actually commissioner) for Monday- obviously the Moron chose that court, so he feels good there. But my case is well laid out, and I am ready to fight! One cannot rely upon the system for justice- though I hope it turns out that way Monday AM!
I want to go out and have fun tonight. I have to watch my money more carefully while I am at war and spending vast sums on lawyers, occupational evaluations for Bagworm, etc, so no wonderful concert, and no King Lear ticket (after the divorce I will indulge)-today is the funeral so no time for a nature walk. Maybe I will go somewhere pretty with music that is free (I think the art museum has something).  But I am going somewhere, just for fun!!!

Thank you for your priceless help and encouragement!!!
Love, Peace, and Happiness,

Changing

Dear changing,

yes. you truly are an inspiration. With all the pain you endure, the crap you must wade through, you still sound stronger each time.
I love your lawyer. You really lucked out there.
Bagworm. You mean their is such a creature besides your NH? I was picturing a bag of worms and hoping one wouldn't escape and procreate with a Sacksnake. We don't need a worse affliction on this earth than an N.
It all sounds as though you are keeping your eye on your lucky star and then it falls into place.
I admire you so much, and to be in school at the same time, knowing the answers, getting the Grades.

Just keep on keeping on

Love Izzy

My dear Izzy-

You are the inspirartion for any success. When I first met with my lawyer, I tried to be as Izzyfied as possible, and he took my case, saying that I (he didn't know it was you) was a dream client!

And I have to laugh at myself if I get tired, etc- I think of you and get crackin' again!!!

Thank you for your jokes, music, sharing, insights, support, nudging and example. You ROCK Izzy!!!

Go go changing!  I will certainly be thinking of you all day monday and sending my very best sock-it-to-em vibes.

Your friend who charges you when you are down very much reminds me of my former friends. Somehow I lost track of them and can't quite manage to find track of them again - ever.  But seriously, there is a great imbalance there and I pray that in future you will allow yourself to receive as much high quality love and care as you give out.  Clearly bagworm and your landlord-buddy are very, very good at taking (though I give the friend much more benefit of the doubt as no doubt she has other sterling qualities that mitigate this poor showing of niggardly 'hospitality' when you are in a desperate crisis) and both have benefited greatly from the fortune of knowing you.  May your riches be wisely bestowed upon more grateful objects in future and may they be reciprocated as generously as you have bestowed.

Hey pfft to King Lear - why see a tragedy about an N when we all live that stuff.  How about getting a comedy out of the library?

May it all come together for you!

My Dearest Izzy, Iphi and Lighter-

What a brain trust in those three names! And, such generous and staunch friends! And witty and funny too!!! I love the Izzy laughing puppy!!!Life is good!

I got more Bagworm documentation today. The lady at the bank told me the account was closed and I couldn't get the items the lawyer asked for yesterday, it could take two months, and I would have to call, make a request for one at a time, etc.- but then she looked in my eyes and asked why I needed it. She then personally had them fax a year's worth of docs directly to her and I left with them to fax to my lawyer today!!!!These docs show even more items of misinfo that Bagworm and his Moron filed! And it gives the numbers of his secret accounts!!! (He stayed at the same bank, different branch for the money markets) And it shows where he goes out for dinner and such. Did I have a laugh!!!

I thought about you 3 and your admonitions about accounts, Ns, lawyers, the Bagworm and such- If I had done everything that you 3 told me to do, I would have gotten the items already!I tried to finish everything on Lighter's list but got sidetracked by cops threatening to shoot me and lawyers scaling my fence and cursing me , trying to break in!!! I am going to reread the posts sent by the brain trust, and try to make certain that I cover all bases.

My lawyer thinks that the Bagworm probably filed an incident report with some nutty lies about my conduct in order to set the cops off like that (he always threatened to tell the cops that I hit him when he assaulted me and I was going to call the police, and his strategy worked, as I would have been arrested too, and didn't want that. This seems pretty similar.) and that his lawyer is the lowest he has ever seen- no fax, no answer at his phone EVER, etc. He was shocked.

Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me- I am truly grateful.

Love and Hugs to My Dear Think Tank!!!! You have been so good and inspiring to me.

Love You,

Changing

Changing,
You are inspiration, pure and enduring.
Thank you so much for sharing so generously here.
It really is a gift and a privilege to hear your story,
and all the detail makes it even more engaging and
helps me feel I am there, in the bare but peaceful rooms,
walking beside you on campus, sitting in a spare chair
while you intelligently and openly enlist the good to
your side (bank manager, lawyer, Dean, professors)...

You've got what it takes, girl.
You are going to go SO far.

I was warmed to the tips of my toes, all the way from my cheeks, when I read about the bank lady helping you.

My bank was very friendly and helpful too...... I think yours was even more so!

ALLLLL THAT INFO IN ONE DAY and she handed it right over.... even bagworms lates nummy haunts!  heh..... it was supposed to be this way, Changing..... you have more up to date information and he has no idea that you can avail yourself to it!

I will say this...... when my old ::ahem:: attorney wanted to know which new attorneys were telling me he dropped the ball...... I forgot the name of every one of them.  I didn't tell him who was willing to help me, because he would have been all over them.

There was one young lawyer who was frightened to give me information and tell me how badly I was being represented....

he said.....'let me tell you why.... bc as soon as I give you this information, you're going to go running straight back to Xattorney and shove it straight up his ass......"

It was like a damned conspiracy theory landed on my head!

In the end, he/young attorney pulled out his little case law book and gave me 3 cases that my attorney should have been on top of... very common stuff.... not sure why my attorney was making first year lawschool mistakes.  All the other attorneys I met with agreed and added more.  All were perplexed as to why this normally outstanding attorney was refusing to represent me competently, yet kept taking my money.

The only one who could be traced to the info, was the one I hired.

If I was you.....I'd just shake your head and say you don't remember.  Lots of people helped.   Just say nothing...... the less the better.

You don't want her getting in trouble and Bagworm's the type to go back and draw blood.

I'm also thinking Bagworm's attorney got his law degree out of a cereal box and was a Private Eye before that.  I never met an attorney who was licensed to serve papers and that would account for his acting like a paid process server too.

My Dear Hoppy-

Oh, thank you for your kind words. I remember when I was shaking and waiting anxiously for a return post late at night this past June with the Bagworm in the other room- tears would just flow when I read your "That'll do pig!", with your empathy, good sense and your admonitions to save myself! Thank you for everything a million times over! You have been a lifeline for me!

I used to keep all of my N stuff- NF, NM, NH etc- a secret out of shame. This board has taught me to speak out about it (judiciously of course, as the sheer weight of detail of N abuse can make one sound bizarre to the uninitiated) if only in posts here and this has been quite liberating- I no longer blame myself for N actions.

Thanks and Love,

Changing

Hello General Lighter!

I will keep mum as to my benefactor- you make a lot of sense (as always). I faxed the items over without relating the story, so there should be no problem- but I will be on guard.

I am most worried about the Commissioner and the Moron- I just pray that there is no funny business there between them, as well as the Bagworm and Moron not torturing me as they go through the house, etc. Bagworm's things have been outside for over a month now, boxed up!I simply could not drag it ll back in. My lawyer is integral to these things working out properly, so I hope he prevails.

The debits showing Bagworm's eating frenzies are a laugh- he makes excellent cheddar when he works, but has refused to do so. He also is pleading for my tiny money    ( he is lying in court documents about what I get and claims it is much more, asking for almost everything, after illegally draining our savings!!!!) saying that he is suffering. If you compare our bank statements, he often spends as much or more in one day as I do in a week- he goes to fancy places and I- well it is a different story there. The Commissioner has such latitude at this stage, and need not adhere to guidelines, yet I think it would be absolutely egregious to take all that I have and give more to NHBagworm for dining delicacies while he sits around and plays softball.

Thank you for hanging in there with me through all of this garbage, and sharing your experience, moxie and smarts with me. You are so dear to me, Lighter, and I hate to think of the terrible grip of any malevolent Ns that you have experienced- I  wish these Ns in our lives would just get lost with no more nagging N interferences!! But we will get rid of them soon!

Love and Thanks,

Changing

Dear changing,
You are so sweet, so no wonder you have that benefactor. It made me feel so happy to know that there are people like her who can 'break the rules' when it is really needed, and who is to know, especially when defeating an N is at stake.

I am glad you have lighter to help with the legal details, as I've never needed them.

And why this need for them to go through the house? to see if you are keeping anything of his? He really wants EVERYTHING!!??

Your helpful lawyer will stand by you.

Hang in still

and
Love
Izzy

Hi Izzy Dearest-

The day bagworm brought the cops (my lawyer thinks that he filed some sort of incident report about me to stir them up so- I wonder what he said?) he was supposed to come by and pick up his things that I tore myself up over putting together. Even the cops asked him to take the stuff- now he claims to the courtthat I have kept them from him! And his Moron has filed to go through  my panty drawer (in a sense). So I just hope that they don't come right after court.

Thank you for being my inspiration.

Love,

Changing

oh changing changing,

The idiocy of bagworm and Moron.

Do you have a bunch of Victoria's Secret items to strew around the place? and a place to pack all your drawers so that everything is empty?  (Well, I have no place to store anything if I did that, but it would be great!)

Nothing in the kitchen cupboards either, just a tin of beans: a fry pan with a hole rusted through the side, and a tin cup for water.

Naw............ I guess it isn't proper to be dishonest at this point. You're on your way to winning and I am so happy to call you a survivor along with me. No victims here!

Love
Izzy

Hi Dear Izzy-

I love your attitude   - I have most of the house barren, and those areas with items are stuffed and covered with tarps! Maybe I will put some oddity type items about for decorative interest!

I have some new and expensive items of Bagworm's in boxes- others are in -----Bags!!! The cats have had a time using them for pillows and (Andy Gumps???) outside. But I really hope the two Ns  spare me the torture tomorrow and come to the house on Thursday!! If they do, I will get everything nicey nice for them.

I got a great email from my lawyer today- he allayed my fears and explained everything about the hearing in detail- much of our best evidence relates to trial issues only (Moron mixed things up and tried to introduce trial issues prematurely) and he thinks that there is no way that they want to go to trial. But I may have to pay NH Bagworm for 6 months! My lawyer is fighting it tooth and nail, but there is a lot of discretion at the court at this point (proofs and evidence determine things later but not now, though at least the judge will have a preview of the evidence and the fraudulent Moron filings). Uggh! I may have to bite the bullet even harder for a few months, until I get my money back, but I hope not.

Oh well- the best things in life are free! Please say a prayer for me tomorrow! I will fill you in on the latest details of Moronic Bagworms and Baggy Wormy Morons!!!

Love and Good Night,

Changing

I still don't know what excuse the cretan gives for NOT working.

I can't imagine him standing up, in front of men and women who DO work, and expecting them to believe his story and that his physically challenged student wife should have to foot his bills.

Her disability check?  Given to him?  Why?

That's just nuts!

Because he's lazy self absorved and into immediate self gratification and doing what feels good?

Nope.... the Judge just isn't going to appreciate that at all, I don't believe.

Good Lord and Little Fishes!

The records indicating what you DO make..... the bank statements that directly contradict what Bagworm's saying.....

I guess this is a prelim hearing where they just hear stuff, without benefit of evidence?

Nuts nuts nuts and more nuts!

The Judge has at least got to look at your income statements and tax records, if nothing else.

Bagworm shouldn't be able to completely fabricate that stuff and get a fat check.... allll your money.... out of it.

::sigh::

The problem is.... they lie and lie and lie and we tell the truth.  Who can tell who's lying though..... on the face of things?

Eventually his lies will catch up to him, if not today.... eventually  ((changing))

I wish I could cook you some mommy food and have it waiting.... with 6 candles and a hot bath afterwards.
