Thank you. I do not have any energy left. I am exhausted. My day was bad. As usual.

has that happened yet or were you sick that day?

Remember!  This won't last forever and you can step back, emotionally, and take an observers position.

You don't have to let their actions and words affect you so badly.

I understand, beleive me when I say I do, how hard it is to make that shift and stop being so affected.

You can do it though. 

You've dwelled on this for a while.... time to step back and observe them.... stop letting them in and stop reacting to them. 

Stop being so scared... I think you will when you realize that you could live through the worst of what they can do.

Lupita wouldn't die if she was fired.

Lupita wouldn't perish if people believed the lies Dr. Evil tells.

Lupita will get another job.... maybe this struggle will actually LEAD YOU TO IT!

Ever think this is what has to happen to get you to a specific place.... where you belong?

Just want you to know that you have been in my thoughts.

Remember, you were offered the contract in June because you were valued according to your teaching record of good standing
as a teacher within the school during the previous academic year(s).

That true fact cannot be stolen from you.

It is in your ownership.

So my dear friend, walk into the school each day and take up your teaching mantle and continue as always with the good work that you have a proven track record of.

It is in your ownership.

I know it is not the best place to be standing when all around are so 'nasty' but remember, they don't have to be in the class with you as you perform your teaching role ........... and they most certainly don't have to go home with you either!

"Thank goodness" I hear you say  :)

But standing you are ..... in your rightful place ..... the place of teaching that is in your ownership.

So stand firm and upright as you can survive this ..... (remember, no-one can see your knees go wobbly when they are 'nasty')

With gracefullness you are able to choose .... not to engage with their 'nasty' games .... they will soon grow tired of it all  :)
