Joran Van der Sloot was on 20/20 tonight making confessions to a "friend" which a week later he completely denies.  He is most certainly an N.  He is completely devoid of empathy.  But there is a greater pathology than N with him. 

Did you see the shot of him throwing wine in the Dutch journalist's face.  He has NO reaction and astonishingly neither do either of his parents.  That is a strange reaction by them.

Put him on the polygraph and offer him a deal for full cooperation that brings all of the people involved in the murder to justice.  That will get the truth out of him.
