I think that we are entering a new calm phase at Voicelessness where vulnerability is expressed and thoughtful, support and encouragement flourish.  I am looking forward to the period of peace.  Maybe trust will begin to emerge and flourish.  It sort of feels like the ark has landed after the flood.

I'm not feeling it, but I hope you're right, too, GS... and I'm wondering what we may be able to do to encourage just that sort of atmosphere.

I have a similiar feeling and am soooooooo pleased.  I missed the voices I felt comfortable with.  I love that there is some lightness on the board.  When their is conflict I find it difficult to believe that it will die down and the old voices will reemerge.  I guess this has to do with the never ending conflcit I experienced in N relationships.......learning to trust that things do move on in all sorts of ways; moves me away from my black/white thinking.
