Title: Nice helpful exercicies from a good friend.

La respiración es: (get comfortable, o sitting or on the floor)l.
 
 Inhale deeply (to abdomen) counting eight;

hold your breath for the count of eight, and breathe

out counting to eight.  Do this eight times.


Do the exercise several times a day, and also any time
you feel tense.

In this times of difficulty, this exercicies help to moderate your anxiety. It worked for me!!!!!
