Title: It Is NOT Selfish to Take Care of Yourself

It is "normal" to take care of yourself. WE, with N parents, believed the "cosmic joke' that it WAS selfish to consider ourselves, love ,honor, protect, and nurture ourselves.
 We have to  take care of ourselves b/c it is the natural order of things.
  The N parent demands that your allegiance to yourself go to THEM. Healing is taking your allegiance to yourself, BACK,  as the natural order of things.                                                    Ami
