It is strange that sometime we think a post can be 'about me'. This one is just a statement about saying nothing is the best answer. It's not about you and not about me.

As with your other thread, when it was addressed to no one, this is when I believe the 'paranoia' sets in.

Perhaps a "Hi everyone" would clarify right at the beginning.

Knowing tt, I'd say it had everything to do with her own self, personally, and nothing to do with anyone else.

At least, that's how I interpreted it... and I agreed, for myself... because I was/am feeling somewhat emotionally overwrought (not sure how you spell it).

It's just been too much/too fast for me... and I guess I'm still too much of a sponge for it all. Not your responsibility at all!

Things are getting better for me moment by moment.

It was just that I felt ignored and when that happens I begin to get paranoid.

Now as I am coming out of it I am feeling better.

Nothing this year that you or tt have said to me on this board has EVER offened me. Can you believe it?

I'm laughing at myself because I slipped into an intense shame spiral :roll: as I was reading threads and posts today.

Thanks for hanging in there with me, it is a bumby ride for me at times and as you can see I tend to take others along...
