Clarification - regarding deleting -- re: accusations by projection
The last couple of days or so, EACH day, I have been maligned for "deleting" here on board.
Despite the fact that I openly posted onto a thread here on the board explaining my considerate, valid, reason for doing so, (to ease the tumult on the board) was in effect IGNORED.

I see a lot of what I consider to be power plays here. I am not interested in that kind of thing. Which is probably what makes me into a target.

I have read your posting of dignified expression, with empathy and understanding. I agree with accord of your discernment, as above, as that is, I believe, the root of the problem here on board.
As such, last night, in order to release myself and others from this burdensome tumult - I sat and deleted ALL the threads that I had created and posted onto the "What Helps" board.
And also, sat and deleted here on the Main Board, only leaving some remaining thread topics that I have created.
My heart's desire is peace and understanding, one to another, and harmony - not division, discord and strife. So, my real hope is that 'it is finished' and done with, for ALL and Everyone.
I am so glad that you have shared your voice here today in sharing of your thoughts, all of which are valued and appreciated.
Please know that your voice flows clearly.
And I too, have read and appreciated your posts.

Instead, crazymaking accusations and gaslighting - and projection.
As in fact, this very same act of deleting was done by my accuser in April 2008.
One rule of freedom for one self.
Another rule of oppression and accusation for a target.
And, something really is not sitting right with me personally, about this, with a vivid recollection of Hermes and Bella French.

Hi Bean,
I did.
I stepped back, and read the board.
I am merely expressing my sheer distain for bullying, regarding my own personal experience.
I feel I need to show strength -- as from what I have read, and understand, then and only then, will the taunting bully move onto another target. (alas)

Hi folks,
I do apologize, as I thought I had shown strength in deciding to create a boundary of No Contact (sadly, as I never thought I would need to do such a thing, but, I need to care for my heart).
but,
alas, the No Contact was ignored.
However, I refuse to allow 'intrusion' of any nature, and refuse persmission for bullying and objectification.
On the good side -- I have learned so much.
So, I am grateful for that.

Hi folks,
Hopefully, it is finished - enough is enough, I feel.
And so with that in mind I will lock this thread - as I choose to move forward.
As I understand, and accept, in life the answer lies within oneself, consequently, I can only be responsible and accountable for my own thoughts, feelings, words and actions.
Serenity is the difference, in reality.
I need to "Guard my Heart"
for it is the well spring of my own life.
Grateful for all things to the good (Roms 8:28).
