Great idea.
I like watching James Brown singing "Please, Please, Please". Too funny. Also Stan Rogers singing "Barretts Privateers"
It is so much fun to watch anybody you can think of. Also love Paul Robson and Mahalia Jackson.

Hops, you like African choirs? You might want to look out for an organization called Mizero. They are amazing. Don't think they're in the US much right now, though.
It's also a very worthwhile group that helps orphans of the Rwaandan war.

Hi Hops,
You may be interested in The Watoto Choir - Children with Hope in Africa.

They have visited the US and Europe, including here, and are an absolute delight.

Sometimes, I just need to hear some good news:

Ooo thanks, guys.
Now we got a thread for anything video or audio that brings joy.
Took a look at the Good News Network, Amber...I like that! What a good and true thing they're doing.
James Brown! Woo hoo.
I have a lot of wacky musicians I like. I think most of all I love the human voice.
Thing that cracked me up about little Kaitlyn was the look on her face when the applause came. Ohhhh.
love y'all, more later,
Hops

My son told me about Matt and his videos just a couple of days ago. But we didn't watch them, so this was fun.
This is one of my favorite YouTube videos and I was kind of reminded of it after watching Matt:

Connie Talbot is a JOY.
A well loved child, a gift of a voice.
I liked it so much that she didn't care about winning, she just loved to sing.

Oh my gosh, just watched Matt...JOYful!
Thanks for that...almost as good as Free Hugs!
Hmmm. I like stories about people giving stuff to people who need it. Not the Great Giver part, but the joy on the recipient's faces...maybe there'll be some like that on YouTube.
xo off to get ready for work,

I agree Hops, for Matt is a natural person who obviously can get along with all people across the globe - obviously, a genuine heart flowing naturally in action. Not the armchair variety!
Matt, clearly actively demonstrates pure "Infectious Joy"
Thanks again for sharing, CB
