When you view a topic there is a fist icon next to it. Sometimes there is a thumbs up. And sometimes a thumbs down. Why is this?
What is the purpose of this?
I just now was trying to figure out what they mean and clicked on a thumbs down. I hope that doesn't mean I'm saying I don't like something!!!!
Help.
I never noticed this before. What does it all mean? Should I be aware of this as a poster/reader?

Hi Dandy,
Have you noticed the selection to choose from under "Message Icon" which sits above the Bold - Italics - Underscore
There are a range of message icons to choose from each time you create a thread topic --- and also, each time you create a posting.
There is no fist - it is simply a Thumbs Up or a Thumbs Down
I noticed Sela's a Thumbs Up for her thread.
so I selected a Thumbs Down for my thread.
I have just selected Smiley for this posting.
Hope that helps.

Hah!
So - a charming little icon, then?
I've only now just discovered the icon way over to the right...........> of a posting which brings you directly to the last post on a thread!
Imagine that. So easy, and I've been clicking and clicking.....
hah!
very funny.
I guess I needed some instruction on these things....
thanks!
