The responses to stories go here so I started a thread for responses.
 The NM puts you through the ringer, doesn't she.
 We each have our own version, really our own private Hell.

It's so nice to see you on here Erin!  I agree that your husband and son are lucky to have you, even though you feel that "they deserve better" (that's the NM puppet master's voice talking). 

From reading your posts on the other forum, you definitely are much progress as a survivor and I enjoy reading your input.

 I think it's just a matter of time until we slowly start to accept compliments from others, b/c NM has controlled us so much for so long.

I'm soooooo happy to see you here!  I felt so lost when the other board closed down. 

It's a little different here, but I think I like it.
