You know, CB, I was sitting here ,wondering, and talking to my N mother to whom I have reconciled lol--IS LIFE THIS HARD FOR EVERYONE?
If you are a normal person, please answer.
Barring that, everyone else have at it.

Hi CB,
Almost everything that has happened to me in the last 4 years has been unplanned...rather a roller coaster ride but a good one.
Girl, you live a good life story and put it to pen beautifully. Can't wait for the next chapters. Growing up, I could not have imagined the good, fun, wonderful life I was going to have and I couldn't have imagined the crushing tragedy that struck from time to time. Life is indeed a roller coaster. I'm convinced that no matter how much I wanted to, I haven't pulled nearly the strings I intended to pull over the years. Edit in: (For pulling strings is for all practical purposes out of my power - I learned...) Now I wait for life to unfold around me, not in a fatalistic way, but because I've found that the script is much more exciting and I don't have to force fit it.
Sending my best, hugs, and lots of atta girls, CB. You're quite the 21st century woman in my book!

Dear and very very mcuh dear CB,
if you have money to wait some time while you make up your mind on what you are going to do next, you are doing well. I am sorry you are closing your restaurant. Can you tell us what took you to take that decision? Do you have any idea what are you going to do next?
Thank you so much for sharing. I have learned so much from you. You are one of the wisest persons I have ever known. Hope that someday I meet you in person.
Love you,
L.

You go, girl! I like the way you're approaching this.
Taking on a serious life change (intentionally) is the accomplishment - the brass ring - of all the work that goes on here, in each of our personal lives, in hundreds of T offices. I know you'll do it with smarts, compassion, chutzpah, and fabulous style!
Don't forget to update us, as you have time! I know I'm gonna miss you, if you get too busy to post.
Hugs,

I wish I could do that.

Lupita - you probably can, you just aren't sure you can yet. Maybe this is a good sign:
I dreamt about you this morning - you were embracing a very nice guy in a snapshot... and I remember thinking, WOW... Lupita's so pretty and you can tell she's smart... and she seems so happy with her "guy". If that snapshot doesn't seem to apply at the moment, maybe it will very soon!
I haven't gotten caught up on your other thread yet. Going through quite the "growth spurt" at the moment, myself.
Jumping over there now...

CB hon,
I love 4b, 5a, and 6.
And have SUCH faith your next chapter will be as engaging and interesting as all priors...and likely serener.
So so so so so awed and full of faith for you,

Wow CB - what a four years. It is astonishing to see a partioal list of what you have experienced.
I have always been amazed and inspired by your resilience. Thank you for sharing your affirmations. The approach we take in terms of our attitudes makes it possible to get through the most difficult times. I am convinced of that.
