Hi there! I've been thinking about you the past couple days and wondered how you've been.
-
About ready to capsize. It's just the way it is.
I was sitting by myself the other day being worried, had tried sleeping in a park!, counting my panic attacks, when a golden retriever puppy tumbled into me and started squirming around all over me flipping and flopping and licking. :)
So I'm just taking it literally minute by minute.

ah.... puppies are so good; they remind us to play. Somewhere I have a little book of life philosophy - a "how to be" book - written from the perspective of a dog... sounds silly, but it felt wise at the time I got it.
so, I take it you are facing rising seas and headwinds? you've already ridden out a string of storms... you know the routine: batten ye olde hatches, make fast the lines, hold tight the rudder and keep to the course...
are you making way to safe harbor on the other side of the storm? don't forget to party hearty when you get there! :D

Lord, Boat.
I am sorry you are on the edge.
And moved by your abidiing receptivity to joy.
You keep doing that.
love,
Hops
