I know it feels like Judas'kiss
when one you love betrays
and trust destroyed by hatred's diss
can wound so many ways

there are no words that can repair
the damage wrought by scorn
but over time with Father's care
creation's song reborn

the yielding of a sorry heart
fragility of soul
is what feels pain when torn apart
and life when remade whole

God hears the last of songs been sung
when broken sparrows fall
he sees the flying of the young
and hears the ancient call

With but a touch of His strong hand
all loss begins to wane
as rainbow covers all the land
hope's flower blooms again
