Hi everybody,

I very much appreciated this Brene Brown TED talk sent to me by one of my dear ex-patients because it reminded her of our "work" together.  I think you may appreciate it too!

"The Power of Vulnerability" by Brene Brown

I've come across her name recently while I was freaking out about class shit and rummaging around researching stuff on my own specifically about shame.

It was only 20 minutes so I watched it. Having a cup of chai tea and an eye strain headache.

I'm not sure I've got a response to it, I feel sort of like shrug at the moment.

I can just see people having mandatory forced vulnerability sessions at workplaces lol. It's a sick world.

Thank you for the link.  I have watched this before, so now I can easily watch it again.  I find her talk and books inspiring.
