Yoga?

I want to start yoga.  Anyone out there with empirical knowledge of yoga and it's benefits?  What STYLE of yoga are you suggesting?
My purpose for taking yoga is for health and to promote peace of mind.  I need to connect my mind, body and spirit together more.
Someone has sat on the couch watching t.v. a tad toooo much the past couple of years.  Time to get up and moving!
I live in a very major city, so it should not be a problem to find whatever type I am seeking.

Yoga is fantastic way to improve mind and body.

Breathing exercises can actually lower blood pressure, heartrate and stress levels!
