Now, dear lighter, do not take this in the wrong, but I was in a good mood and suddenly you put me in a bad mood. Was it you? Or it was me that allowed you to put me in a bad mood?
Why did you turned down the little positivism I achieved this morning by responding to a person and presenting good things for many of us? Iknow you are trying to help me, but every time I do a samll step I feel that you remember me that my mother never loved me.
I know that you are just a mesanger, dear, dont take me wrong, please, I dont know, I love you and dont want you to take me wrong. I am just expressinf something I suddnely felt.
With love to you dear Lighter.

I gues I was stupidtely expecting an I am glad you had a nice day. That was retrograde amnesia I guess. It was going steps back, by expecting bread in the hardware store. I guess I still have not detached as much as I speak about it.

(((Lupita)))

I'm sorry your mother dissapointed you and my response put you in a bad mood.

Seems that your mother's response put you in the bad mood but you've had such a productive day.... hope it changes back.

I guess when you change your expectations and get used to them being that way.... things stop catching you off gaurd.

Detachment doesn't happen overnight.... it takes getting used to then it takes practice until it becomes habit.
