Results in My Nutrition & Exercise Program

Back in November 2004 I decided to change my lifestyle - become active and eat healthy. My program includes lifting weights, cardio and eating healthy foods (95% of the time).

Since June 13, 2005 I've lost 19 inches. :D  :D  :D   (Before that I lost over 40 pounds. I'm counting inches now.)

I've also gained 1.5 inches of muscles on my forearms.

I've combined several different nutrition and exercise programs to develop a personalized regimen. My goal is fitness, muscle definition, fat loss and a shapely body.

During this time I've addressed many issues about my body too. The longer I do this program, the more I become in touch with my body.
The truth is in me.[/color]

I'm Sallying Forth on a new adventure! :D :D :D

This is just what I need to hear!

After losing 55 lbs I've gained 20 back ( new meds ) and now I'm psyching myself up for another concerted effort.
