Attitude of Abundance (vs. Scarcity Mentality)
peggy:
:D Hello Acappella, Your interest with the moment is definitely something!
Do not abandon the realization due to the notion of its seemingly anti-goal orientedness. We human have other forms of contiousness do not just settle for the one that western culture feeds the brain/not the soul. I am a Yoga instructor and have to teach people how to get interested in letting go and getting to the moment. It is only difficult for those who do not even know about a moment.
accept the experience and to boot you can do the goal thing or I say in yoga world, with intent and perpose. It is grand to zoom in and then know that nothing is leaving when the brain is to do a full span. It is just the brain doing the work it can do. Get into yoga and check out how to cross over. Also Check out Eckhardt Tolle, he has a websit, lots of audio and Power of now writing at book stores. With intent and perpose with in each action and thought the infamouse goal can be realized every day at certain moments. Practice yoga and check out awarness.

Hi Acapella,
I sometimes use a quote I memorized to create a mentality of abundance.
It goes like this:
"God's wealth is circulating in my life.
It flows to me in avalanches of abundance.
All my needs, desires, and goals are being met instantaniously.
I am one with God and God is everything."
You can replace "God" with any Higher Power you choose to believe and it can still foster a mentality of abundance. It's actually been awhile since I've used that. Thanks for the reminder!
