I do not want to be confused

Storm,

In my study I have written a list of the reality of my relationship.  When I feel myself slipping and feeling vulnerable I read my reality list.   I find it very useful.  I may be missing "him"..whatever that is but I am not missing the long long list of abusive behaviours.  Good to have a reality check.

Hang on in there, I know how tough all of this is
