Finding my voice
« on: January 19, 2007, 01:48:51 AM »
Just wanted to share this with you all.  Tonight I joined a singing group, very informal.  There were about ten people there.  We started off by someone making their OWN sound and everyone joined in with their sound.  it was amazing how beautiful it sounded.  There was no set melody, each person just sang from their voice.  I thought of you all there and how powerful this exercise this was.  I am finding my voice.  The session was wonderful, fun, scary, i am not a great singer but enjoy singing very much. I have not sang for such a long long time.  The last thing one can think of is an N when you is singing.....very good therapy.

In my week now, I walk, run, sing, paint, meditate......... I am getting my life back God how I missed it.

Just wanted to share something good with Y'all.

xxx axa

Axa,

This is so COOL!

I love hearing about your journey to wholeness.  Isnt it amazing what a world of experiences (GOOD ones!) there are out there for you to dive into head first?

Keep diving!
