Even Children of Celebrities Can be in the Same Boat as Us!
« on: February 04, 2007, 07:59:36 PM »
I recall reading, somewhere, that Tatum and Griffin O'Neal had to put up with an Nfather.  At one point, Tatum got pounded on for daring to win an Oscar that her father coveted for himself.  Griffin literally lost his teeth due to one of his Nfather's rages.  Now I just read that Nfather just got arrested for pounding on his son again.

I'm taking this as an example that it's about time to start standing up to our Nparents and tell them to F!@# off when they attempt to control EVERYTHING in our lives!

Bing Crosby was a delightful dream on screen and a nightmare parent

Betty Davies and her daughter         B.D.  wrote 'My Mother's Keeper"

Weird story...
My grandfather used to play golf with Bing Crosby and my great aunt and uncle's family lived next door to Bette Davis in Hollywood. They had to move their daughter's bedroom to the other side of the house because of Bette's swearing and screaming...

I think there might be a whole lot of Ns on the silver screen.

I had read Christina Crawford's book.  I hadn't read B.D.'s book yet.  Bing Crosby's kids may or may not have written books.  I'm not sure.

I saw on the news that the Nfather is attempting to claim "self defense".  Give me a break!
