(((((((((((((((((((((CB)))))))))))))))

I think getting sleep will help a lot. If your mind is tumbling around all day and all night, your body never gets any rest. I am so glad you went to the Doctor too!
What other things could you do that might relax you? Do you have time to browse through some trinket stores or do you have a mindless hobby? Can you go to a gym? I think you need something absolutely numbing to clear your mind out and let it rest a bit.

Sending you love and peaceful feelings.

Oh, ((((((((((((((((CB)))))))))))))))))),

Please take care of yourself.   Yes, so smart you saw the doctor.

Are you trying to do too much?  OF COURSE!!!

Can you put school on hold until you're more settled?

CB, your health is #1 priority.  The kids are depending on you and you want to be healthy enough to enjoy your new wonderful freedom.

So, please, only do essentials.

Eventually, H's lawyer will answer.  Please  don't let H's passive agressive pussyfooting  make you ill.

You've come this far and your almost there.

Please sweetheart, try to take it easier.

love,

Yes, CB, something's go to give.  I know school is important to you but it is something that will wait for you if there is nothing else that can go at this time.  Make a solemn promise to  yourself, that if you drop the coursework now you will get back to it within the year.  Something like that to make it easier on your heart.

Health, family, home, these are the basics, the things you can't do without.  Other stuff might have to wait just a little longer.

I hope you get some regular rest from now on.

Love, Pennyplant

((((((CB))))))

How about setting the hour before bedtime as your own special 'winding down' time.

Pampering soothing bubbly bath with your favourite fragrances - why not place small candles around the bath to give a feeling of softness and calm.

Then tuck up self up nice and cosy with a favourite book, a 'light' reading book is good  (nothing on N's and such!)

for me personally, I have some little pretty inspirational books, and also like to read some verses from my special book with a prayer before lights out.

may dreams and hopes of a brighter future consume you, as you slumber.

Love & Blessings,

Leah x

I am sending support and encouragement for you to do what you have to do and still get rest and sleep.  I send support and encouragement for you to let he stress flow away from you.  Things are working out.  It is slow - too slow but they are working out.  If you can see it you will be able to relax a little more, unclench those jaws, see what has happened in the past few months een with such tension.  Imagine how much more will fall into place as you release this stress.

Sending you support and encouragement - your friend - Gaining Strength

CB, hon.

You've gotta stop toting that whole load.
You can only do what you can do as well as you can do it, and that's enough.

Breeeaaaathe, dear.

Your comment about sleeping pills made me think of what I said to my doctor when I first went for Rx help for anxiety:
"I'm tired of being a hero."

CB:  THis too shall pass.  Maybe you should give up school until your equilibrium comes back.  In five years (which will be here before you know it) this will all be a memory and your new life will look great!!!!!

CB,

One of my favorite Buddhist sayings:

Don't push the river, it flows by itself.

Meanwhile no amount of tooth-grinding, BP-spiking fretting is going to make it move faster.
You are staying on top of things and doing every step that belongs to you in just the right way.

Beyond this, you need to: breathe, sleep, eat well, meditate and especially

GO GET A MASSAGE!

I don't think I'm going to drop my class.  I have thought real seriously about it, but its my way of saying "I'm not a victim, my life is bigger than just this divorce and my H's crazymaking antics.  I have a life."

I'm behind you 100%.  You've got to try.  The real issue is resting and you can learn to de-stress as you go along.  You must do that.  Massage is a great idea.

I hope it isnt a dumb decision--but I think I would feel worse if I didnt accomplish this.

Not dumb.  It will feed you.

About the mediation being a wash - I think you will find that hashing out the property and other issues will still be extremely helpful even when you go to court.  It will not be a waste.

I'm  still holding you up in my thoughts and prayers. - your friend- Gaining Strength (you are gaining strength too even if you can't tell it.)

Hi Cb,

Is this an emotional, not feeling well, or a physical ,not feeling well--I saw your post but had to go out and haven't read the others. I have only just now finished my work-at-home.

I had/have HBP but I have never felt ill with it. I take Altace and after I decided I had a mental disorder and a psychiatrist validated that, my BP went way down----------odd!!!!!??????  6 months now so maybe I can be taken off it!   $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Without sleep I could be a dangerous person. I really need my 8-9 hours, and my sleep is interrupted with bathrom trips. I go to bed to read myself to sleep, as I wouldn't sleep otherwise. When the lines run together, insert bookmark. kill light, sleep!!!!

Just about all my workmates know to not call be before 10:00 a.m.

...........and they don't know anything other than I am really a night person!

take care
Izzy
