Last year when my brother-in-law was battling lung cancer (always terminal from the day of diagnosis), I sent him some tapes to help him deal with the cancer, with chemotherapy, radiation, and later with dying. I also got him sister some grief tapes (or CD's, whatever you prefer). Here is one of the places I ordered from:
http://www.healthjourneys.com/index.aspThey have many different types for all kinds of problems.
They both said the tapes were very helpful because it helped center Joe when he was about to panic and one side was for pure relaxation. There are tapes or CD's for whatever ails you, mentally or physically.
There are many other places to order from, this is the one I could remember off the top of my head.
My sister still uses some of the tapes to help her sleep when she is having trouble doing so. After Joe died, we gave the cancer and dying tapes to his cousin, who was also dying from lung cancer at the same time. She died 3 weeks after Joe. Both of them were 46.
As a post script, don't smoke. If you do, quit. It kills, I saw it with my own eyes.
Good luck, hope this helps.
