Thanks, Gaining Strength. Your message meant a lot to me. I have surprised myself by allowing my guts to let go of the legal thing. I usually have a really hard time doing that, but this time I listened to myself, my needs for peace and quiet, and it worked. I have been astonished at how much relief I felt, how much tension left me when I let it go. I did report him to the the Bar Association's Discipline Committe on Lawerly Conduct. He's now lying his head off, denying that anything happened - and we all know you don't f*** with Mother Nature - or the State Supreme Court.

Thanks again.

So glad to hear you were able to let go of the legal nightmare emotinally.  That is an extraordinary break.  Perhaps you can remember this as an encouragement when facing seemingly impossible situations.  Perhaps this can help you break through your dispair concerning real estate.  Perhaps you can apply the same mind frame to your financial situation and perhaps you will have an equallly dramatic breakthrough.  - so good to hear your words - Gaining Strength

To Write,

Well done.  I think the more we prioritise our own needs and become aware of them the easier it is to let go.  I had a thought the other day, felt very angry with XN and realised that he is off with new supply having a ball.......... what am I doing wasting my precious energy on him.  Whew, that felt good.  The more I focus on my life the less time, space, energy I have for psychoman.

Good for you ToW...

So easy to undervalue peace and quiet.

You've claimed your serenity, it's YOURS.

thanks for the example.
