Have you come across this website yet? I keep telling people about it, because it really helped me to see that it's THEM that have really predictable behaviour patterns. Even though they make you think (obviously) that it's only YOU that's at fault, when you can see that what they do is a pattern of behaving that, if not normal, is at least predictable and unchanging, you can start to see things a bit differently.
