Ami,

I don't have health problems thankfully.  Even when I would get sick I would hardly know I was so cut off from my physical body.  It was as if I was a walking head.  When I went to therapy initially about 15 years ago I had no idea how I felt about anything.  Questions like "how do you feel now" were a mystery to me.  I think I had disassociated so much from my physical body it was scary.  I would work very hard and only know that I had done enough when I would be absolutly exhausted.  Still have to watch that one.  Again its about self care, driving myself until I could hardly stand, not knowing when enough was enough.
