Anniversary
« on: December 14, 2008, 05:00:16 PM »
Hi to all my old friends,

Yesterday was the anniversay of my daughter's death which passed once again with sadness but also lovely memories of her.

Today is my anniversay of leaving XN and this is a day of joy having claimed my life back from the depths of abuse and pain.  I cannot let this day pass without acknowledging the support and care I received from so many people here.  This coming week I get the results of my Masters degree - so much good has happened since I left him.  I will let you know how that works out.

I come online from time to time and read how life is with you.  I wish you all courage and joy in your life.

Will be back again soon,

Axa

Thanks Lighter, good to hear from you.

Some of you will remember how I struggled with my first paper and sought support here.  Well, to all who believed in me it was worth it.  I got my results today and scored very highly with a recommendation that I publish....I have spent the day doing a VERY, VERY HAPPY DANCE WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

THANKS TO EVERYONE XXXXX

Awesome, axa.  Good for you.  You did it, and you did it yourself, and you deserve to dance with joy!

Axa,

Aw, yes there is sadness but the lovely memories even if it was a short life.  I have them myself and it was only hours for me of knowing mine.  So we celebrate their Life no matter how short it was on this earth and blessed that they were ours.

I am very excitied for you but I never doubted that you would do any other then you have on  your paper.

Your a good egg, Axa.    I'm glad to know you.

Love
Deb

Dear Axa,

I'm sorry I'm so late with this note.  Finally got to read more of the board this a.m.

I am thinking of you this week and this day--I know how there is a hole in the holidays when someone is missing.  I hope you can spend a moment thinking of your sweet daughter this morning.  When I think of her, I think of how much love she experienced from her mama in her short life.  So many of us go many years longer, with so much less.

Love you, Axa.  Hope some special reminder comes along today to let you know that she is near.
